After meeting with the founders, Muhannad Shulleh and AlBaraa Shulleh, exploring the companies projects and the founders vision, we applied PR Lines model’s metric to measure the company and brand’s status in the 5 lines:

When we discussed the metric’s results we proposed that the company needs to start from strategic planning, crafting a new vision for the future phase, then working on the brand and positioning, building the website and profiles to have the right content for the right audiences, inside and outside the company.

After agreeing on those terms, we started our work in close collaboration with all stakeholders, as it is essential in our working methods, using the state-of-the-art, value-proven tools in planning and management to reach the desired results and exceed client’s expectations.

    • Building the company’s strategy to reach its highest goals.
    • Crafting a compelling vision & mission statement, company’s values and goals as a foundation for branding and communication strategy.
    • A detailed strategic plan to reach the goals for the next 2 years and 5 years, with suggested initiatives, and guidelines for execution.
    • A new concept for the logo and name as a foundation for branding.
    • The company’s new brand’s profile, portfolio and website, regarding concept, content, and design.
    • Building the business model for the company and its main products to assess the future approach to each of them, with advice of separating the big products projects to individual companies.
    • Building the communication strategy and detailed communication model for inside and outside stakeholders with the vision and goals in mind.
    • Planning and executing the company’s annual meetup, to announce and communicate the new strategy to the entire company, as a hybrid event in four cities, engaging 95 employees in 12 countries, in addition to partners and media at the same time, with limited time and resources.
    • Planning and executing the PR team’s visit to Gitex 2022, to prospect new partners, clients and projects (selecting and training members, targeting the right companies, printables and marketing materials for the company and 4 of its big projects)
